Generation Gamers was founded in 2015 by DJKoston, Apocalyptic, Bullgod1997 and Stratos424 with the hopes of creating content on YouTube. Soon after we started, real life hit us both hard and we decided to put content creation on hold.
In 2018, DJKoston returned to Content Creation this time in the streaming space on a small site called Mixer. After a year of building a new community and getting a bunch of streamers involved, Apocalyptic returned to content creation too.
In 2020, Mixer closed down and the community moved across to Twitch, the team became more about family and community than anything else.
Now, a new age starts for Generation Gamers, touching back on our streaming roots, we want to create a community of content creators with one common goal. To help each other grow and succeed at what we wish to do.
Generation Gamers is an all inclusive streaming family. We never discriminate anyone, not for their race, gender, sexual orientation. ANYTHING.
We don’t tolerate bullying. We want to stamp out trolling.
Generation Gamers have a wide variety of content creators both within its community as well as members of its team. Team GG values itself in accepting anyone from any stage of content creation, from moderating, to just starting streaming all the way up to partnered full-time streamers!
